How The System Works

  • System Administrators oversee the entire EvacIT system. Property owners, property managers, and security personnel can all serve as System Administrators. They have access to the dashboard, notification system, and reports.

  • Users, who are appointed by system administers, are responsible for checking the system and monitoring communication status during an event.

    Users can check in using their phone or tablet. If internet access is unavailable, they can also report by phone call.

  • Generate reports to analyze participation, success, and the progress of your emergency evacuation procedures.

  • The EvacIT Dashboard is a simple yet highly effective color-coded screen that Admins can monitor during evacuations to track who has reached their evacuation points. Different icons can be selected to quickly and efficiently drill down into details, providing crucial data to first responders in an instant.
